Used on various late-model Ford, Chrysler and GM passenger cars. Replaces the stock mechanical relay.  Cures the mysterious trunk release problem associated with accidental contact of the remote trunk release button.  To open the trunk,the remote trunk release button must be pressed twice instead of only once.  Also applies to the interior trunk release button.

Two presses of the remote button within four seconds releases the trunk latch.  Four terminal footprint, 2- 0.63mm and 2-0.48mm  terminals as shown in image.
